The ARC01B weighs just 14.4 kg including its battery, making it an ultra-lightweight electric wheelchair. The wheelchair itself weighs 12.8 kg without the battery, while the removable battery weighs approximately 1.6 kg. The ARC01B uses an X-cross folding mechanism for compact storage and transportation. When folded, it is approximately 10 inches (254 mm) wide, while the folded length without the legrests is approximately 24 inches (609.6 mm). The backrest also collapses to help reduce its overall size for storage and travel.

The ARC01B is specifically designed with portability in mind. Its 14.4 kg lightweight carbon fibre construction, folding frame, collapsible backrest and detachable legrests make it considerably easier to load into a car boot. The ARC01B uses a detachable 24V 10Ah lithium battery rated at 280 Wh and is designed with travel in mind. Airline policies for lithium batteries and powered mobility devices can vary, so you should always contact your airline before travelling and obtain their approval for your specific flight.

Yes. In addition to self-driving through the joystick, the ARC01B includes a Bluetooth remote control for attendant operation. This allows a caregiver or attendant to control the wheelchair remotely when assistance is required. It can also be used in manual attendant mode when appropriate.

Yes. The LCD digital joystick is compatible with both left-hand and right-hand installation, allowing the controller position to be configured according to the user's preference. The controller also provides speed control, battery-level indication, a horn, reverse warning sound and a built-in torch.

The ARC01B has a specified slope-climbing capability of up to 13° under suitable conditions. Actual performance depends on factors such as user weight, surface grip, battery charge and terrain. Extra caution should always be used on slopes, ramps and uneven surfaces.

The wheelchair uses 7-inch front castors with PVC tyres and 11-inch rear wheels with solid natural-rubber tyres. The solid rear tyres do not require air inflation and eliminate the risk of conventional pneumatic punctures, making them convenient for everyday use.

A full charge typically takes approximately 4 to 6 hours. The ARC01B provides two convenient charging options: the battery can be charged through the joystick charging port or directly using the removable plug-and-play battery.

The ARC01B has a maximum user weight capacity of 120 kg. Users should remain within the specified weight capacity for safe operation and intended performance.
