AASRAA Mobility Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing AASRAA Mobility.

Every AASRAA product is designed to provide reliable mobility and independence. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, AASRAA will provide replacement parts in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Different AASRAA products carry different warranty periods depending on the product category. The applicable warranty period is mentioned on the product invoice, warranty card, or official product documentation.

Nature of Warranty

AASRAA provides a Part Replacement Warranty only.

This means:

  • Eligible defective parts will be replaced free of cost during the applicable warranty period.

  • The warranty does not include complete product replacement.

  • The warranty does not include onsite repair, technician visits, or labour charges unless specifically mentioned by AASRAA in writing.

  • Replacement parts are supplied along with installation instructions or installation videos where applicable.

  • Installation of replacement parts is to be carried out by the customer or their authorised representative.

AASRAA is not responsible for damage caused during self-installation or installation performed by unauthorised persons.

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide all of the following:

  • Copy of the original purchase invoice.

  • Product serial number or batch number, where applicable.

  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Incomplete information may delay or prevent warranty processing.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by AASRAA’s technical team. The decision of AASRAA regarding warranty eligibility shall be final after technical evaluation, subject to applicable law.

Replacement Process

If a warranty claim is approved:

  1. A replacement part will be dispatched to the customer.

  2. Installation guidance or an installation video will be provided where available.

  3. The customer must return the defective part to AASRAA within the specified time communicated by our support team.

  4. Failure to return the defective part may result in suspension of the warranty for that product, rejection of future warranty claims, or billing for the replacement part supplied, subject to applicable law.
