Use only the charger supplied with your product. Fully recharge the battery at least once every 30 days, even when the product is not in use.

Keep electrical connectors, controls and charging ports dry and free from debris.

Inspect the charger, plug and cable for damage. Do not use damaged equipment.

  • Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning, avoid harsh chemicals, check and tighten knobs regularly, store in a dry place away from water, and replace worn parts when needed.
  • Sit on the wheelchair first and then open the footrest to sit.
  • Open the wheelchair by pressing the seat sides and close by pulling the seat up.
  • Don't take the wheelchair on water-clogged potholes or during rain.

On a full charge, it offers a driving range of up to 15 km, depending on speed, terrain, load, and driving habits.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

A full charge takes approximately 6 to 8 hours.

Does the wheelchair work even when the battery runs out?

Yes. It has dual usage mode – electric and manual, so it can be pushed manually by an attedant when required.

Is this wheelchair airline friendly for air travel?

Yes, the wheelchair uses a non-spillable lead-acid dry battery (24V 12Ah) or lithium ion battery (24v13Ah) both of which have a total of 288 Watt-Hours. As per IATA compliance, 300 Watt-Hours battery are allowed by airlines. Thus, it compatible with most airlines, but airline confirmation is compulsory & recommended before travel.
