Return & Exchange Policy

At Aasraa, we take great care in ensuring that every product delivered to you meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and performance. As our products are medical and mobility aids, this policy is designed to protect user safety while remaining fair, transparent, and supportive.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns, Exchange Only Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and medical-use considerations, products once delivered are not eligible for return.

However, Aasraa offers exchanges in genuine cases of manufacturing defects or transit-related damage, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be requested only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transportation.

  • The exchange request is raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging.

  • The product shows no signs of usage, wear and tear, alteration, or misuse.

  • The exchange request passes a mandatory quality inspection conducted by our team after pickup.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer care team at admin@peaar.co.in with your order details.

  2. Our support team will connect with you to understand and assess the issue.

  3. Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a product pickup and replacement.

Please note that a product can only be exchanged once.

Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 to 15 days from the delivery date.

  • The exchange process may take 10 to 15 business days to complete, depending on product availability, location, and inspection timelines.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative or resolution will be discussed.

Quality Check and Acceptance

All exchanged products undergo a strict quality check upon return.

  • Products that fail inspection due to damage, usage, missing components, or tampering will be rejected.

  • In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Aasraa reserves the right to make the final decision on exchange eligibility based on inspection results.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are not standard practice and are issued only in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Repeated manufacturing defects where exchange is not feasible.

  • Non-availability of a replacement product.

In approved refund cases:

  • Refunds may be issued after deducting applicable freight charges, handling costs, and any damage-related deductions.

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

Please note that refunds will reflect under the name Peaar Healthtech LLP, which is the parent company of Aasraa.

Products Purchased from Other Platforms

Products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces are governed by their respective return and exchange policies.

For such purchases, customers are requested to contact the platform directly for assistance.

Cancellation of Exchange Request

If you wish to cancel an exchange request after raising it:

  • Please contact us at admin@peaar.co.in with your order details as soon as possible.

  • Our team will forward the request to the relevant department.

  • You will be notified once the cancellation is successfully processed.

Important Notes

  • Exchange requests without valid proof of defect or damage may be declined.

  • Aasraa reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • All disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
